This multi-phase renovation project for Furman University’s Trone Student Center took place over a span of 2 years, from the spring of 2011 until it was completed in the fall of 2013. The project included a bookstore renovation, new restaurant, new lakefront boardwalk, approximately 6,000 SF of new addition for student life staff, and a new student living room area. All renovation work was completed while the building was occupied.
