Triangle managed the construction of a 60-bed addition to an existing Triangle-constructed and occupied structure in Mauldin, SC. The building and its addition feature 25,000 SF of load bearing metal stud walls and metal stud trusses with brick veneer and shingle roof. The $3,685,451 project was designed by Johnson + Bailey Architects.
