J. Bryant Nixon

Bryant Nixon is a stockholder, Board Member, and President of Triangle Construction. Employed since 1998, Bryant is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council and a Graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 32. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 1993, while working part-time at Triangle. Bryant currently serves on the Vestry of Christ Church Episcopal as well as the Board of Thrive Upstate. A native of Clinton, SC, he is married with three children and lives in Greenville, SC.
Executive Vice President

William C. Trammell

William Trammell is a stockholder, member of the Board of Directors, and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Triangle Construction. He joined the Triangle family in 2006 after receiving a BS in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University. William serves on the advisory board for the Clemson University Construction Department, the AIA-SC/CAGC Joint Committee, and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the USGBC. Since joining Triangle, he has managed a wide array of projects in various markets such as K-12, multi-family, and higher education. Some of his notable projects are 98 E. Mcbee Apartments, Homestead at Hartness Cottage Homes, Riverwalk at Riverplace Mixed Use, North Campus Expansion for First Presbyterian Church, and the massive 800,000 square foot redevelopment of historic Judson Mill into a live-work-play district. William is a native of Clinton, SC and resides in Fountain Inn with his wife and four children. He enjoys deer and quail hunting and is an active member at Holly Ridge Baptist Church in Simpsonville.

Charley Patrick

Charley Patrick is a stockholder who has been working in the construction industry for 16 years and for Triangle since 2014. He is a 2002 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Construction Science & Management. Charley has served on the Board of Trustees at Aldersgate United Methodist Church as Chairman, Leadership Greenville Board, Downtown Symphony Board and the advisory board for Clemson University Construction Department. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council and a Graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 34. Charley has managed over $160 million worth of construction projects in the past decade. He is a native of Greenville who enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and pretty much anything else outdoors.
General Superintendent

Travis Turner

Travis began his career at Triangle in 1998 as a field laborer. After being promoted to Field Engineer and serving in that role for 6 years, he was promoted to Superintendent. The Turner family has a special place at Triangle Construction, as Travis is the third generation from his family to work for the company. Travis’ father Martin Turner served as the General Superintendent before his retirement in 2015. And Travis’ grandfather, M.L. Turner, worked as a Lead Carpenter before him. The Turner family have been loyal and faithful employees and we are grateful for their dedication. Travis has recently worked on some large projects, namely, Pedrick’s Garden at Falls Park and renovations at Furman University Lakeside Housing.
Chairman of the Board

Thomas E. Baer

Tom Baer is a stockholder and Board Chairman for Triangle Construction. He previously served as President in 2004 and from 2014-2022. Tom joined Triangle in 1985 and has previously served on the Advisory Board for the Construction Technology department at the Anderson Career and Technology Center and was a member of the Parents Council Advisory Board at Presbyterian College. He has managed dozens of projects; Independent Living Expansion at Rolling Green Village, multiple renovation and addition projects at Rock Springs Baptist Church, luxury condominium complex Broadview Greenville in Downtown. Tom is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Akron in Ohio. He is married with two grown children and lives in Pickens, where he enjoys the great outdoors.

He is a Greenville native and enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and has three kids.
Project Manager

Hunter Sizemore

Hunter is a veteran construction project manager. Originally from Birmingham, he is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Construction and brings over a decade of experience to Triangle, with an emphasis on commercial projects. A few of his previous projects include Magnolia Park in Greenville, River Oaks Office Building in Charleston, and more recently, several projects at various locations for Prisma Health. Hunter lives in Greenville with his wife and children, and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and enjoying the outdoors.
Project Manager

Jordan Truesdale

Jordan is Triangle's Commercial and Industrial Project Manager. He gives the same level of care and attention whether it’s a $5,000 mechanical upgrade or a $14 million building addition. Jordan specializes in understanding an industrial client’s manufactured product and all of the nuances that go into production and maintenance. He was the project manager for the major renovations and upgrades to Ingram Micro’s Greer facility and is currently managing major renovations for Lonza’s production facility in Greenwood. Jordan will bring his expertise and meticulous management skills to any project.

Eric Roberts

Eric is an acutely focused and well accomplished project manager with extensive experience overseeing all phases of multimillion- dollar, private and public commercial projects within the construction industry. An exceptional leader, Eric has a long history of leading large teams and devising work around strategies to ensure project completion. He is skilled and adept at both devising long-term, strategic plans and overseeing the execution of established team objectives. Eric will serve as an excellent communicator and exemplify his abilities to prioritize and make sound decisions in demanding environments.

Emily Twyman Heatly

Hired in 2022, Emily has served the residential construction industry for 7 years and has a background in project management, design, and development. With an interest in commercial construction, Emily has joined Triangle to assist our Project Management team with current and upcoming projects.
