Triangle was chosen by Davis Property Group to build the new 54,000 SF mixed-use development project in the heart of downtown Greenville. The $5 million, 7-story building flanks the City’s Spring Street Parking Garage and was the final piece of a ten year vision to extend the Main Street pedestrian development to the East.
The building includes 6,000 SF of commercial and retail space on the ground level facing the street, with 48 one- and two-bedroom apartments above. It also features a unique rooftop swimming pool, the first in South Carolina serving an apartment community. This project was designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture.
