Triangle Construction Company renovated eight residential buildings across Furman University’s North Village housing complex, a 256,000 SF campus originally constructed by Triangle 25 years prior. The $35,327,245 project delivered comprehensive interior finish upgrades throughout all eight buildings, a new fire sprinkler system, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system replacements.
Triangle’s firsthand knowledge of the original construction informed every phase of planning and execution, reducing unknowns and keeping the work on schedule within an occupied campus environment.
