The facilities consist of 144 beds divided among 12 cottages with kitchens in each, a clubhouse with conference/meeting areas, and staff support facilities. The grounds feature a vineyard, a community vegetable garden, walking trails and grilling areas for residents. The $16 million development was designed by Design Strategies.
