Located in historic Aiken, South Carolina, The Haven at Market Street Station features a 232-unit apartment complex with a private clubhouse and adjacent pool, a mail kiosk, garages, a children’s playground, a full service car wash, and maintenance facility. Designed by The Preston Partnership and developed by Johnson Development Associates, the construction cost for this project was $15 million.
