This housing complex for Furman University accommodates 1,020 residents in 220 private and 35 shared bedroom apartments. The complex consists of a set of 11 apartment buildings reserved exclusively for upperclassmen residents. Completed in 2001, each apartment is fully furnished and includes a patio or balcony, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, a study lounge, and full bathrooms. At $13.4 million in construction value and designed by Freeman & Major Architects, Triangle completed this project on time, within 12 months.
