Triangle was proud to partner with Ingram Micro in Greer, SC for their office/warehouse renovation and expansion project. Our team was responsible for the renovation of their front office/administrative department, a new 20,000 SF office addition within the warehouse, and a 60,000 SF renovation of the existing warehouse space. These updates accommodate the new programming assembly line for their communications calibration and packaging process. The exterior scope included painting the existing building, new landscape work, new OH dock door seals and rails, and resealing/striping the existing driveways and parking lots.
