Kuhn Hall, the 3-story, 60,000 SF academic and office building at Converse College, is highly visible and situated in the heart of campus. Renovations included the complete change out of mechanical and electrical systems and complete demolition and renovation of interior partitions, ceilings, and finishes. Triangle evaluated construction documents for constructability, maintainability, and sustainability. Triangle was also an active participant during the design phase and provided detailed cost analysis as well as construction planning and scheduling.
