Currently under construction, the well-known senior living community in Greenville is undergoing a major redevelopment and expansion to include new independent living apartments, cottages, duplexes, and a new commons building. Triangle is proud to be working with a great client and partnering with local contractor Mavin Construction. Designed by THW Design, the construction value for the project is $39.5 million.
