Triangle is the construction manager on the massive 36-acre, 850,000 square-foot former textile mill being renovated into a live-work-play mixed-use district in Greenville, SC. Judson Mill Lofts opened its doors in Summer of 2021 to residents in the Greenville community offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom loft-style apartments with amenities. McMillan Pazdan Smith undertook the massive design and configuration for the loft-style apartments that boast 14 to 20-foot exposed wood ceilings, historic windows, private balconies, patios, and terraces, original painted brick walls, and original mill features. Amenities include a dog park, a community lounge, a fitness room and yoga studio, a bocce ball court, a swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
The former Milliken textile mill located at 701 Easley Bridge Road, just outside downtown and West Greenville, was once the largest mill in Greenville County. To learn more about the history of circa 1911 mill, click here.
