Triangle managed construction for this brand new residence hall at Limestone College located in Gaffney, SC. The 200-bed student housing structure situated in the center of campus comes complete with common areas and spa-like bathrooms. Designed by Craig Gaulden Davis Architects, the final contract amount was $6.7 million.
