Triangle constructed one of Greenville’s most prominent, highly-trafficked, and largest precast parking decks. Alongside architectural firm LS3P/Neal Prince Studio, this parking deck serves downtown Class A Offices and the general public. Extensive value engineering processes helped the City keep to their budget. Triangle self-performed all foundations and brick work. This project was in association with Walker Consultants and was a hard bid at $7 million.
