Triangle is currently in the process of preserving the textile mill and general store within the Newry Historic District in Seneca, South Carolina. Alongside architect SGA Narmour Wright Design and Developer MPeters Group, Triangle is working to restore the historic mill building and general store in order to create 197 apartment units, a grocery store, cafe, event venue, and expanded US Post office.
The acreage surrounding the mill will be enhanced with walking trails, a pedestrian bridge, greenspace, and even a kayak input. The retail and recreation amenities for the village residents will also attract the surrounding communities to experience the unique village.
