Triangle constructed this new $1.8 million medical office building for Southern Eye Associates. The 13,000 SF design-build project serves as the headquarters for the Upstate and features a welcome lobby, 15 exam rooms, 8 offices, administrative spaces, and a retail optical center.
This building is LEED Certified and completed in 2012 in association with Crozier Architecture and David Smith Company.
