Triangle was the CM-R partner for the complete construction of a new campus including the 70,000 SF main building and all landscaping and hardscape in Spartanburg, SC. In addition to 2 theater classrooms which seat 160 each, 20 moderately sized rooms are available for small group learning. Clinical skills laboratories are interconnected via technology. The main campus building includes a state of the art anatomy lab, a center for technology and simulated medicine, a full library, and a dining facility. This project was completed in association with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture and took 12 months to complete.
