New construction of a 3-story, 104-bed student dormitory for Newberry College, featuring wood framing and brick veneer exterior. The building is sited adjacent to the college’s music building and includes a 215-space parking lot. Triangle led preconstruction in collaboration with the architectural team, covering document review, schedule development, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination prior to mobilizing in November 2023.
