Huguenot Mill in Downtown Greenville, owned by the Peace Center for the Performing Arts, recently got exterior façade renovation to its Broad Street entrance. Designed by Craig Gaulden Davis, the renovation created an accessible door to the Peace Center’s administrative offices with new entry landscaping and hardscape that ties to the existing plaza on Main Street. New glass canopies, custom arched doors, and new exterior lighting will be updated, respecting the original Mill’s architecture. Triangle mobilizes in March 2021 to begin construction.
