Triangle Construction completed a $5,277,609 renovation and addition totaling 8,095 square feet across three sites at Lonesome Valley, a private residential community in Sapphire, North Carolina. Work was performed at the Canyon Kitchen restaurant, the Canyon Spa, and the Farmhouse over a 9-month construction period, requiring careful coordination to maintain the active operations of this highend mountain community.
