Triangle recently completed restoration and construction efforts of the historic Easley Mill Lofts in Easley, SC. Residents moved into the loft-style apartment complex in Summer 2021. The circa 1901 building’s original hard wood floors were refinished, bay windows allow visibility to the nearby Easley Silos development, and vaulted ceilings with exposed original trusses and other historic details offer the charm of historic mill living.
Apartments range from one- to three-bedroom units spanning five floors, with square footage ranging from 690 to 2,099. Amenities include a fitness center, library, coffee station, a sitting area, co-working spaces, private offices, a clubhouse, movie theatre, a community pool, and outdoor seating. This project was completed in association with Belk Architecture.
