Rising high above Greenville’s Warehouse District, RiverWalk at RiverPlace was the City’s first major development project in nearly three years following the economic downturn of 2008.
The 90,000 SF mixed-use development for Hughes Investments is a seven-story building that is the first phase of a master plan for a pie-shaped parcel bounded by Camperdown, River and Rhett Streets. Conceived as a catalyst for future development in the heart of Greenville’s Historic West End, the building is an extension of the City’s transformative RiverPlace development along the banks of the Reedy River. This project was designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture.
